Certificates of participation are available for caregivers who attend PITC Partners for Quality training. Professional Growth Incentives are also available to participants who meet eligibility guidelines.

:: Participant Profile
While it is the host organizations' responsibility to submit the participant profiles, it is strongly suggested that the trainer follow up with the host contact to ensure that all profiles are submitted. This is especially important when a caregiver joins the group during the established training plan.

Participant Sign-In Sheets are for all participants of all Partners for Quality trainings and technical assistance sessions.

:: Partners for Quality Application (Center-Based Only)
Center-based programs and groups of family child care providers serving children birth to three in California are eligible to apply for PITC Partners for Quality training. Please submit a completed application to the PITC Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator in your area.

Resource and Referral Agencies, Family Child Care Associations and Groups of Family Child Care Providers in California are eligible to apply for PITC Partners for Quality training. Please submit a completed application to your the PITC Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator in your area.

:: Periodic Training and Technical Assistance Evaluation
The Periodic Training & TA Evaluation Form for Plan I is to be completed after introductory sessions, after Module I topics, and at the last training. It should then be mailed to the Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator by the Host Organization Contact. For Plan II, the form is to be completed after the introductory sessions, after Module III topics, and at the last training event.

:: Training Evaluation
The Host Contact person is responsible for mailing the Training Evaluations to the Infant/Toddler Specialist Coordinator after each PITC Partners for Quality training event.
