PITC Graduate Conference 2010

August 2010

Dear Graduates,

Please join us for this year’s PITC Graduate Conference, October 27-29, 2010, at the Doubletree Hotel, Berkeley Marina, California.

This year’s conference title is “Seeing Clearly, Acting Wisely.” Our time together will offer many opportunities to reflect upon our current and future work, including presentations on reflective curriculum, hypothesis generation and study, and a Keynote by Alison Gopnik on the inner life of Infants and Toddlers. In addition, Kay Albrecht and Peter Mangione will share with us models for building collaborations across states to create infant/toddler standards.

A highlight of this year’s conference will be the introduction of two new publications: the Program for Infant/Toddler Care-Program Assessment Rating Scale (PITC-PARS) and the PITC-PARS user guide.

I’m looking forward to seeing you this fall. Our time together should be fun and intellectually stimulating.

Sincerely yours,

Ron Lally
