In this podcast, Ron Lally, Co-Director of the Center for Child and Family Studies at WestEd and Marcy Whitebook, Director of the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment at UC Berkeley, discuss Whitebook’s research on the infant/toddler workforce. They talk about the many negative impacts of persistently low wages and what they think should be done about it.
