I have been employed with Head Start since 1988. I am presently the director of both the Head Start and Early Head Start programs operated by Hoosier Uplands E.D.C. in Mitchell, Indiana. Our Head Start program serves 287 children in center based programming and our Early Head Start program serves 54 pregnant women, infants and toddlers in home-based programming.
