About the PITC PARS Reliability Training
The PITC PARS Reliability Training offers the opportunity to establish reliability with a WestEd PITC PARS Anchor to rate and score the PITC PARS Instrument with fidelity. This training is limited to 2 participants per session and includes onsite co-observations in infant/toddler care settings. Offered in-person over 5 consecutive days, this highly interactive in-person training (40 hours) provides individualized guidance on how to observe, document, complete ratings, and score the PITC PARS items and subscales. This training is intended for observers, evaluators, and researchers who need to score the PITC PARS with fidelity.
Completion of the PITC PARS Instrument training and PITC PARS Subscale Guide Training are prerequisites for this training.
