The PITC PARS Subscale Guide Training offers an in-depth study of the PITC PARS quality indicators. Limited to 25 participants and delivered over two 6-hour training days, this highly-interactive live online training (totaling 12 hours) facilitates an exploration of strategies for observing, documenting, and reflecting on essential aspects of infant and toddler group care as presented in the PITC PARS—from caregiving interactions to the physical environment to program policies and administrative structures. This session is designed to enhance and support capacity for observing and documenting quality indicators in infant and toddler group care, and for developing a deeper understanding about the PITC PARS.
Each registered participant will receive a copy of the five PITC PARS Subscale Guides in the language of the training (English, Spanish, or Chinese) and detailed information for using the resources to support observation and documentation of PITC PARS quality indicators in infant and toddler group care settings.
