GOALS OF THE WORKSHOP

This workshop will help participants to: 

• Recognize the capabilities of the young, mobile, and older infant related to the emergence of communication. 
• Understand the influence of culture on a child's language development and communication style. 
• Become familiar with strategies to better meet the individual language development and communication needs of each infant or toddler in your care.
