Amber Morabito, Program for Infant Toddler Curriculum Manager, co-author of the PITC Curriculum, and, core member of the PITC Leadership team, in the content area of Infant and Toddler Care. Ms. Morabito is responsible for four key areas of work: PITC curriculum project leadership, team and project management, communication, and marketing. Morabito leads, mentors, and supervises a team that delivers PITC Curriculum implementation training and coaching nationally. Additionally, Morabito develops proposals and strategies to expand this important work across the country.

Morabito has worked in education for over 20 years and her Ph.D in Developmental Psychology . Prior to employment at WestEd, Morabito held a wide variety of positions in the field of early childhood education and psychology. The focus of her work has been an early care and education. Additionally, Morabito’s focus and experience has included the training and coaching of early care and education staff in center-based childcare and family childcare programs. She has also worked as an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology and Early Childhood Education Departments at the Community College and University levels. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty member in the Psychology Department at Santa Rosa Junior College.
