Janelle Crossley is a Program Associate with San Francisco Quality Connections at WestEd. She also worked as Trainer/Coach Supervisor for the project, supporting coaches and programs in the San Francisco Quality Rating and Improvement System system.

Prior to working with this project, she was a Regional Coordinator with WestEd’s Program for Infant/Toddler Care Partners for Quality, coordinating training and supporting those who work with infants and toddlers to improve the quality of care.

Since 2005, Crossley has worked in different areas of the field. As a teacher in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool Reggio inspired programs, she designed and facilitated learning experiences for children of differing ages and abilities including children with special needs. She also mentored student teachers in the Early Childhood credential program at CSU Fresno and was a mentor teacher for Fresno City College Child Development students.

Crossley received an MA in education with an emphasis in early childhood from California State University, Fresno.
