Laurie Clark is a Technical Assistance Specialist with Beginning Together and Trainer/Coach for the Teaching Pyramid at WestEd.
Prior to joining WestEd, Clark managed an Early Intervention Program serving children birth to three years old who had developmental delays or who were medically involved. She was a California Ambassador and Learning Coach for Special Quest for eight years, a project that supported Early Head Start and Community Partners in Inclusive Practices. She facilitated numerous trainings for early care and education teachers on supporting children who have disabilities and other special needs in their programs.
Clark holds a BA in Child Development from California State University, Fresno and an MA in Special Education in progress from National University in Fresno.
