For the past 25 years, I've worked in this field as child care owner/director/teacher, kindergarten teacher, developmental specialist, playground design/consultant, adult educator (parents and teachers), and multi-site inclusive child care program administrator. Before moving to NC, I provided leadership to Indiana's Part C Program (First Steps), Healthy Families Indiana, Child Care Licensing, Subsidy and Quality Initiatives as Deputy Director of the Bureau of Child Development.
