Dr. Katayoun Zadeh is a teaching faculty member at the University of Arkansas with more than 20 years of experience in early childhood, spanning higher education, professional development, coaching, program support, and work with children, families, and educators. Her work centers on respectful, responsive, relationship-based practices, with a particular focus on infant and toddler development and caregiving. As a PITC trainer, she is passionate about strengthening the knowledge, confidence, and practices of those who care for and work with our youngest children.
