After being a public school teacher for 15 years, I decided to go back to where my teaching heart started...childcare. Believing in play-based learning and early childhood education, I became an EHS-CCP Coach for the state of Alabama to help childcare teachers with professional development through practice based coaching. I have learned a lot along the way and am convinced that Early Childhood Education is the starting point of change.
