Provide training and technical assistance to the Citrus College Infant Program as a model site and infant and toddler programs throughout eastern Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernadino counties; recruit and assign stipend trainers to do trainings throughout the counties; network with organizations to improve the quality of care for infants and toddlers throughout the state of California
