Raissa Lee is a licensed family child care provider of a dual language, Mandarin & English, STEM home-based early education program. Lee provides warm and responsive high-quality care, educational explorations, and playful learning adventures for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. She also works as an adjunct human development professor at her local community college. In addition, Lee serves as Secretary on the Executive Council of the Orange County Association for the Education of Young Children (OCAEYC). Lee is also a Certified Toddler CLASS Observer.
Lee's work with early learners, school-aged children, youth, young adults, and families spans over two decades through her experiences as an elementary school teacher, in ministry, and in her volunteer work. Her passion for service originates from her experiences as an American Born Chinese child of immigrant parents and fuels her vision of helping to provide positive support and resources for children, families, and early childhood educators/providers.
Lee received a BA in international relations from the University of California, Davis, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a BCLAD (Mandarin) from the California State University, Fullerton, and an MS in education from California State University, Fullerton, with an emphasis in early education.
