Ms. Jeppson has been the director of Covina Development Center, for the past 18 years which is a therapeutic Early Care and Education Preschool Program that serves children with and without special needs ages birth through Kindergarten. This program is also a Non Public School.
She has also taught partime at California State University Northridge for the past 29 years. She teaches Art as Therapy and Art for the Exceptional Child. She also has taught at UCLA Extension and other community colleges and has done extensive staff training. She has special expertise in program development for children with special needs and children who may have been exposed prenatally drug or alcohol.
Ms Jeppson is also a Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist and a professional level
Educational Therapist and a member of the Assn of Play Therapists. She is certified in 5 modules of PITC and is a trainer of trainers for the Just Kids program and the START Teaching Strategiess for Young Children children who may have been prenatally exposed to drugs of alcohol
Ms. Jeppson has lectured throughout california and many states.
