Barbara Milner

Current work includes consulting and supporting leadership with the implementation of recommended practices for infants and toddlers in group care. Work experience includes coordinating and coaching for an Infant Toddler quality improvement project called First Relationships, trainer for the Arizona Infant Toddler Institute, a statewide training opportunity for caregivers in Arizona and coordinated a family child care recruitment and quality enhancement project called Close to Home. Has done training and consulting for Air Force ECE programs in S. Korea, Japan, Azores Island, Alaska, Germany, Hawaii and across the continental United States .
