Shirley Swartwood

I have worked over twenty-five years in the field of Early Childhood Education in a variety of sites. I spent the first 18 years in a church based program servicing children from 2 - 12 years. I then worked briefly in corporate care and a private for profit center. For the past three years I have been the Site Supervisor for a high school teen parent program and am particularly enjoying the opportunity of working with both the children and their parents. I feel that all the experience I had prior to this position has uniquely prepared me for making a difference in the lives of the these young mothers and their children.
